My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bacalar but still giving off a jungle vibe. The service was top-notch with friendly and super helpful staff. The dining experience was quite good, especially the freshly made pastries. However, the rooms, though nice and spacious, felt a bit cramped with two small double beds. Overall, a fantastic place with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed, even though they had two small double beds which made the space a bit tight. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very kind and super helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, hidden in the jungle for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while still being close to the city. The dining experience was unbelievably delicious, and the facilities were excellent.
